1 gałązka rozmarynu
listki z 1 gałązki szałwii
4 szklanki bulionu warzywnego
2 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego
1 łyżeczka masła
świeżo zmielony pieprz
oliwa z oliwek extra virgin do podania na stół

1. Ciecierzycę namoczyć na noc ze szczyptą sody.

2. Cebulę drobno posiekać.

3. Odcedzić ciecierzycę z wody, w której się moczyła, zalać świeżą wodą i gotować do miękkości. Odcedzić.

4. Podsmażyć cebulę na oliwie z oliwek i dodać odcedzoną ciecierzycę, rozmaryn, szałwię i połowę bulionu. Gotować jeszcze chwilę i zmiksować.

5. Dodać koncentrat i bulion, tyle, by uzyskać konsystencję kremu. Doprawić do smaku.

6. Dodać masło, wymieszać.

7. Podawać na ciepło.
