Przygotowanie:
Do garnka wlej kilka łyżek oliwy, wrzuć cebulę i smaż na małym ogniu przez 10 minut.
Dodaj groszek, wlej bulion, doprowadź do wrzenia i gotuj na małym ogniu przez kolejne 10 minut.
W drugim garnku zagotuj osoloną wodę, wrzuć spaghetti i gotuj przez połowę czasu podanego na opakowaniu, a następnie odcedź i wrzuć do zupy.
Aby uzyskać piękny aromat, zwiąż nitką gałązki świeżych ziół i wrzuć do zupy podczas gotowania. Usuń przed podaniem.
Kiedy makaron będzie miękki, spróbuj zupę i starannie przypraw do smaku solą i pieprzem.
Rozlej do miseczek, skrop oliwą i posyp natką.
