2 szklanki ciecierzycy
1/2 cebuli
2 łyżki oliwy z oliwek
1 gałązka rozmarynu
listki z 1 gałązki szałwii
4 szklanki bulionu warzywnego
2 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego
1 łyżeczka masła
świeżo zmielony pieprz
oliwa z oliwek extra virgin do podania na stół
